SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Total delivery time includes processing time (1–3 business days) plus shipping time.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@streamlineprepping.com.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@streamlineprepping.com with your order number. We will investigate and either locate your shipment or send a replacement at no charge.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at support@streamlineprepping.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.
Peak periods
During major holidays and peak shopping periods (Q4), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
