REFUND & RETURN POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Damaged, incorrect or lost items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email us at support@streamlineprepping.com with your order number and a photo where applicable. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the item.
Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@streamlineprepping.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used first aid and medical supplies
- Opened food, water, or survival ration products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
For change of mind returns, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For damaged, incorrect, or lost item refunds, no return is required — we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days of your report.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@streamlineprepping.com.
