Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days across the US. Express shipping (3–7 business days) is available at checkout for $12.99. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum required.

Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Allow 1–3 business days after ordering for tracking to activate.

My order hasn't arrived within the estimated window — what do I do? Email us at support@streamlineprepping.com with your order number. We'll locate your shipment or send a replacement at no charge.

Do you ship outside the US? Not at this time. We currently ship to all 50 US states only.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Can I return something if I changed my mind? Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Return the item unused in its original condition at your expense and we'll refund you in full once received.

How long do refunds take? 10 business days back to your original payment method once approved. For damaged or incorrect items, 5–7 business days.

Products

Are your products good quality? Every product in our catalogue is curated with real-world use in mind. We only stock gear we'd trust in the field. If something doesn't meet that standard, we remove it.

Do products come with a warranty? Warranties vary by brand and product — check the individual product page for details. For any defective items on arrival, our refund and replacement policy has you covered regardless.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure? All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

Can I use a discount code? Yes — enter it at checkout. One discount code per order.

Account

Do I need an account to order? No — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and view your order history.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it? Click "Forgot password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
